Adminest is an AI life-admin assistant. You forward any letter, bill, message or photo to your private Adminest email address (or upload it), and Adminest reads the document, files it into the right category, pulls out the key details and deadlines, suggests tasks, and syncs due dates to your Google or Microsoft calendar. You can also ask its AI assistant questions about your documents in plain English. Here's exactly how it works.
The three-step flow
Adminest is built around a simple idea: the hard part of life admin isn't doing each task — it's capturing everything and remembering it. So Adminest does the capturing and remembering for you.
- Forward it. Every account gets a private document email address. Forward a bill, a rates notice, an insurance renewal or an appointment confirmation — or upload a PDF, or snap a photo of a physical letter.
- AI reads and files it. Adminest reads the document, works out what it is, files it into the right category, and extracts the details that matter — dates, amounts, reference numbers and what you need to do.
- Deadlines land in your calendar. From each document, Adminest suggests tasks with due dates. Connect your calendar and those deadlines become events and reminders automatically — so nothing slips through, even when you forget.

Adminest is designed for the everyday paperwork of running an adult life:
- Bills and invoices (power, phone, broadband)

What it does with it
Once a document arrives, Adminest goes to work:
- Reads it — the AI extracts the text and understands the content, not just the file name.
- Files it — it's sorted into a sensible category (Insurance, Financial, Property, and so on), so your documents are organised without you lifting a finger.
- Pulls out the details — due dates, amounts, providers and reference numbers are surfaced up front.
- Suggests tasks — anything you need to act on becomes a task with a due date.
- Syncs your calendar — connect Google or Microsoft calendar and deadlines become events and reminders.
- Answers questions — ask the built-in AI assistant things like "when is my car insurance due?" or "what's my policy number?" in plain English.
Your data and privacy
Your documents are personal, and Adminest treats them that way:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Never sold — your data is yours.
- Yours to control — you can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
